- Any and ALL returns must be pre-authorized with a RO#
- Items returned without a RO# will not be refunded or returned
- Items must be in new, unused condition

In event of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we can offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 5 days of product delivery. Please contact us and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
