We want you to be happy with your purchase! We will gladly accept return requests made within 5 days from receipt of your purchase on eligible items.  Please see terms and exclusions* below.

• Personalized/Customized/Final Sale Items are NOT ELIGIBLE for Return or Refund
• If you are unsatisfied with your item, please contact returns@northernserenityco.com within 5 days from receipt of purchase
• Please include your last name, order number, reason for return and a photo of item(s)
• Any and ALL returns must be pre-authorized with a RO# 
• Items returned without a RO# will not be refunded or returned
• Items must be in new, unused condition
• Return shipping cost will be the responsibility of customer
• It is HIGHLY recommended that customer add tracking and insurance as Northern Serenity Company is not responsible for refund or replacement should item not make it to our return destination

Refunds

• A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned items
• Shipping paid at time of purchase will not will not be refunded
• Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 7 days of receipt and acceptance of return
• Northern Serenity Company reserves the right not to refund returned items that show signs of wear and/or intentional damage or that do not match the condition provided in RO pre-authorization request photo.  Such items will not be refunded nor returned back to customer unless customer provides shipping cost
