Note: These earrings are made of acrylic and cut to bend to the extent as photographed. Any further bending or folding of this delicate material can cause the acrylic to fracture or break so care should be taken when storing. These earrings on made from an abstract pattern sheet. This means no two earrings will be alike and will be unique in both the pattern and color.

We want you to be happy with your purchase! We will gladly accept return requests made within 5 days from receipt of your purchase on eligible items.  Please see terms and exclusions* below.

• Personalized/Customized/Final Sale Items are NOT ELIGIBLE for Return or Refund
• If you are unsatisfied with your item, please contact returns@northernserenityco.com within 5 days from receipt of purchase
• Please include your last name, order number, reason for return and a photo of item(s)
• Any and ALL returns must be pre-authorized with a RO# 
• Items returned without a RO# will not be refunded or returned
• Items must be in new, unused condition
• Return shipping cost will be the responsibility of customer
• It is HIGHLY recommended that customer add tracking and insurance as Northern Serenity Company is not responsible for refund or replacement should item not make it to our return destination

Refunds

• A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned items
• Shipping paid at time of purchase will not will not be refunded
• Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 7 days of receipt and acceptance of return
• Northern Serenity Company reserves the right not to refund returned items that show signs of wear and/or intentional damage or that do not match the condition provided in RO pre-authorization request photo.  Such items will not be refunded nor returned back to customer unless customer provides shipping cost

Stationary is printed on demand.  Returns and exchanges are not supported.
